A class for every level to work on building strength in the body with weights and other equipment.
A slow- moving Martial Arts practice. Benefits are many-including balance, awareness and strength. (GREAT for GOLFERS) This class will be done outside.
Become more flexible in both body and mind in this invigorating flow class. Some yoga experience helpful.
Gentle and soothing, this class is for everyone looking for some relaxation and stretching. Beginners welcome!
1st Friday of each month we will gather and do some Yoga and then go upstairs and have Happy Hour@hEAT with appetizers and wine. Sign-up required. $15 per member / $20 per guest.
