Tennis Information

All tennis classes are reserved for members of the club only. Court reservations can only be made by members of the club and guests must be with a member to play on the courts. Nonmembers can schedule private lessons with any of our tennis pros.

Spring Tennis 2025

Orange ball: ages 6-10 Tuesdays 5:00 pm-6:00 pm and Sundays 1:00 pm -2:00 pm.

This is an orange ball class designed to teach the fundamentals of all basic strokes. Forehand, backhand, volleys, and serves. We will also begin to work on live ball hitting and play. This will be an enjoyable time to learn how to play actual live tennis.

This is a non-pro-rated class. Minimum of 8 with a maximum of 14 persons total in the class.

April 8, 13, 15, 22, 27, 29 May 4, 6, 11, 13

10 Classes total $200.00.

Jr Academy: Ages 11-14 Tuesdays 6:00 pm-7:00 pm and Sundays 2:00 pm-3:00 pm.

This is a green ball tennis class. This is a competitive class designed to teach all the fundamentals of tennis. We will incorporate live play, match play, and some games as well. This is a class designed to prepare for playing on a high school team in the future.

This is a non-pro-rated class. Minimum of 5 with a maximum of 12 persons total in the class.

Beginner Tennis (Ages 8-10)

This is an orange ball class, where all fundamental basic strokes along with some live ball hitting, will be taught in a fun, upbeat, and welcoming environment.

Time: 9:00 am-10:00 am

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Rates: 1 day per week $80 (4 classes)

2 days per week $160 (8 classes)

3 days per week $230 (12 classes)

Tyke Tennis (Ages 4-5)

This is a red ball class and is about a really fun and laid-back introduction to the basics. The main goal of this class is to have a great time while learning, how to it the ball for the first time.

Time: 10:00-10:30

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Rates: 1 day per week $40 (4 classes)

2 days per week $80 (8 classes)

3 days per week $120 (12 classes)

Tiny Tennis (Ages 6-7)

This is a red ball class meant to teach the basic strokes more and play some fun games. It’s a great class to come and have a great time while continuing to build the fundamentals of tennis.

Time: 10:00am -11:00 am

Rates: 1 day per week $80 (4 classes)

Middle School/ High School Girls Academy Tennis

This is a green ball tennis class. This is a competitive class designed to teach all the fundamentals of tennis and teach playing live. Match play will be covered along with fun games so that kids can get out and go play. This is a class designed to prepare for playing on a high school team in the future

Elite High School Academy (Ages 14- up)

This is a highly competitive, high-level class specifically designed to help kids play tennis on their Varsity High School Team. Work on all aspect of tennis is the focus of this class in a live competitive format. Singles and doubles fundamentals and advanced strategy will be a focus. Thursdays will have Match play opportunities at the Wesleyan Practice Facility at Lincoln Sports Foundation North 70th St.
